The gap
Somewhere along the way, teaching at the "it" studio in your city became the sign that you "made it" as a Teacher.
You finally got the permanent class you wanted, so you started saying yes to the subs. Then another permanent class opened. And obviously you said yes to that too.
All of a sudden, you're teaching before & after your workday, your weekends are spent running around town between studios & the last time you had an actual full day off was… you don't even remember.
And if you've made the leap into teaching full-time?
You've probably realized you essentially traded a M-F 9-5 corporate job for a 5am-9pm Monday-Sunday.
You're teaching more Yoga than ever, but you barely have time for your own practice.
You want to continue your education, travel, experience retreats, receive deep mentorship & pour back into yourSELF as a Student—and you're willing to INVEST in your growth. But the schedule you've built around teaching leaves very little space to actually integrate everything you're learning, explore your creativity & expand into what's possible beyond the studio.
And that's part of what's so frustrating.
Because you've invested in the trainings. You've gone down the rabbit holes. You've accumulated YEARS of experience, knowledge & Wisdom. You've got workshops you've thought about leading, subjects you could talk about for HOURS & experiences you know you could create…
but so much of what you've poured into yourSELF still hasn't had the space to become something you can pour back out into the World.
And when exactly are you supposed to harness the creativity to bring any of it to life when you're running out the door to teach another class?
And because the primary way you know how to make more money as a Yoga Teacher is to teach MORE Yoga classes…
You say yes to subbing on your only day off, because technically you are available… And the cycle continues.
The very schedule you've built around the thing you LOVE is taking up the time, energy & capacity you need to discover what else could be possible through it.
What you already know
Here's what I actually know about you:
You love this work. Deeply.
You're ambitious.
You want more.
You know people love your classes.
You've invested thousands into yourSELF.
Maybe you're already hosting things.
And you're looking around thinking:
I know I'm capable of building something much bigger with this work. I just haven't fucking done it yet.
You didn't become a Yoga Teacher because your greatest aspiration was to spend your life driving between five studios teaching 20 classes a week.
Think about the Teachers who originally inspired you.
The ones leading retreats around the World.
Creating workshops people couldn't wait to attend.
Facilitating trainings, immersions & experiences.
The ones whose classes you can barely find on a studio schedule anymore, but when you finally get off the waitlist to take one, they are fully fucking THERE.
Present.
Attentive.
ALIVE.
Not rushing out the door because they have 27 minutes to get across town for their next class that starts in 35 minutes.
And somewhere along the way, they figured out how to take everything they know, everything they've studied, everything they've lived & everything that makes them them and turn it into a body of work that people know them for.
They found their THING.
There are gifts, experiences, interests, curiosities & Wisdom inside of you that could never be fully expressed inside a 60-minute Yoga class.
Maybe there's a workshop you've been sitting on for years.
Maybe you've already led workshops & know there's another level of depth, intentionality + impact you're capable of creating.
Or maybe your Students are already asking for more of you and you know the 60-minute class simply isn't enough space for what you want to give them.
Either way, you know:
There has to be MORE than this.
More impact to make.
More gifts to share.
More creativity to explore.
More experiences to lead.
More aliveness to feel.
The natural byproduct?
More MONEY available to make, doing the work you're deeply passionate about.
Because going back to corporate & sitting inside an office all day is NOT happening…
but / and this studio hustle isn't it anymore either.
The offer
A 14-day immersive experience designed to help you expand the way you see yourSELF as a Yoga Teacher, uncover the unique edge already living inside of your work & turn it into a tangible 2–3hr transformational workshop you can actually take out into the World.
Because I don't want you leaving these 14 days with another notebook filled with ideas.
I want you leaving with YOUR THING.
An actual experience you can facilitate.
One that allows your Students to experience more of your gifts than you can fit into a 60-minute class.
One that begins expanding your impact beyond the studio.
And one that has the potential to generate 10–15x+ your average studio class pay in a single 2–3hr experience.
Because imagine what becomes possible when making more money as a Yoga Teacher no longer automatically means adding another class to your schedule.
The 14 days
We'll take an honest look at the teaching career you've created, where your time & capacity are actually going and the beliefs that have kept "more classes" synonymous with "more success."
This isn't about demonizing studios—I still teach studio classes. It's about allowing the studio to be one place you teach without making it the boundary of what's possible for your work.
You've lived hella life & gained the wisdom along the way. You've remained a Student a Life. You've gone down rabbit holes, collected experiences, developed perspectives & naturally woven things into your teaching that your Students already respond to.
We're going to start connecting those dots.
What are your gifts?
What makes the way YOU teach different?
What do people already come to you for?
What could you spend hours exploring if the clock didn't stop at 60 minutes?
And what experience are YOU uniquely positioned to guide?
The moment you identify what wants to come forward, the stories tend to come with it.
Who am I to lead THIS?
Do I know enough?
Will people actually pay for it?
What makes mine different from everything already out there?
Can I charge more than I have before?
Am I actually ready to take this bigger?
We're going there too. Because figuring out what you want to create means very little if you continue allowing the stories you've been telling yourSELF to keep it living inside your Notes app.
Then we CREATE. We'll take your unique edge & begin shaping it into an intentional 2–3hr experience with a clear purpose, audience, transformation & arc.
Not just throwing some Yoga, breathwork, journaling & a playlist together and calling it a workshop.
I want you thinking beyond simply teaching information and beginning to understand how to facilitate an experience that actually takes people somewhere.
By the end of our 14 days together, you'll have clarity around what you're creating, who it's for, the transformation you're guiding, the structure of the experience, pricing & what needs to happen next to bring it out into the World.
Whether this is the workshop you've been sitting on for YEARS or the next evolution of experiences you're already leading, October is where we bring it to life.
Why me
There was a time when I was teaching somewhere between 10–14 studio classes every single week.
I remember one particular block where I would leave my house around 3pm, teach three classes & get home around 9pm.
I held onto classes that ate up HOURS of my day because they were coveted classes… Soulful Sunday.. the Monday night "double."
I felt responsible for my Students. They loved the class. I loved them. And somewhere inside of me, releasing those classes felt like I was abandoning them or giving up something I had worked hard to earn.
Eventually I had to acknowledge that some of those classes simply didn't fill me anymore.
Not only was the math not math-ing, but / and even more importantly:
I didn't need more classes. I needed more CAPACITY.
When I started releasing classes from my schedule, something unexpected happened because I got my most valuable resource back — my time.
I could attend mentorship calls in the middle of the day.
I began to invest heavily in expanding my education.
I could travel to Costa Rica for Somatic certifications without feeling guilt for "leaving my Students."
Room to continue studying Yoga, Energetics, Somatics & the Body.
Room to lead retreats & trainings in other places.
Room to speak on stages about my methodology.
Room to spend an entire month traveling with one of my best friends.
Room for my family, my relationships, my own practice & mySELF.
And room to double down on the body of work that would become YOGkiSOMA™.
And then I noticed: The less I taught studio classes, the more my business expanded.
I went from barely understanding how the fuck I financially survived one year to generating $111,000 in my business the next.
Today, I have four studio classes on my schedule a week, pick up sub classes only when it aligns & sub out my classes without guilt as needed & prioritize running my Yoga business full-time.
Not because studio teaching stopped mattering to me.
Because I stopped asking the studio to hold the entirety of my career.
Your guide
Simone Marie-Elise
I still teach studio classes. Four of them. I just stopped asking them to hold the entirety of my career.
These days my work looks like retreats, trainings, certifications, Spiritual Excursions around the World & Students who came for something only I could build.
None of that existed when I was teaching 14 classes a week.
All of it started with one workshop.
What one workshop becomes
Years ago, I created a workshop called Healing Hips.
It came from my interests, my studies, my lived experience & the unique way I was beginning to put different pieces of my work together… (it was actually the originator of YOGkiSOMA, my now Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance).
I facilitated it. I taught it. And then life & my work continued evolving.
Literally while in the thick of creating Beyond the Studio, a Student came up to me after one of my four studio classes I teach asking me to facilitate that exact workshop privately for her & up to 20 of her girlfriends.
Over five years later.
The thing I created once is still creating opportunities for me today.
And depending on what that private experience becomes, it could now evolve into an entire mini-day retreat worth $1,000+.
Many of those Workshop Students became my Clients — traveling with me around the World for my Spiritual Excursions, joining my Trainings, Certifications, Group Programs and even working with me 1:1.
THAT is what I want you to understand.
A workshop doesn't have to be a random one-off thing you throw onto the calendar.
It becomes an asset inside your body of work.
Something people begin associating with YOU, evolves as you evolve and opens doors you can't necessarily see when you first create it.
And yours has to start somewhere.
From the rooms I've built
This is what it's like on the other side of an experience someone created on purpose — rather than another hour on a studio schedule.
Future
Imagine having the idea for a workshop & actually knowing how to bring it to life.
Imagine your Students asking, "When are you doing that again?"
Imagine getting paid hundreds—or eventually thousands—of dollars facilitating an experience you created instead of trying to make the same amount by adding another five classes to your week.
Imagine having enough space in your schedule to remain a Student yourSELF.
To take the training.
Book the retreat.
Travel.
Spend time with the people you love.
Actually have a weekend again.
To create because you're inspired instead of desperately trying to squeeze creativity between classes.
And imagine being known for something that feels so distinctly YOU that people seek you out specifically to experience it.
This isn't about teaching less because you care less.
It's about creating enough space, time & energetic capacity to discover how much MORE you're capable of leading.

Before you decide
No — and honestly, you're the person I had in mind. Leading a workshop & building one with real depth, clear positioning & pricing that matches what you're actually giving are two different skills. If you've already done the first one, these 14 days are about the next evolution: making it distinct, making it yours & making it something people seek you out for.
No. You don't need to have led anything beyond a class — you need to have lived enough life & studied enough to have something worth building an experience around. You do. We start from what's already in you, not from a blank page.
Good. You're not supposed to walk in with it. Uncovering it is the first half of the work — we spend real time connecting the dots between what you've studied, what you've lived & what people already come to you for, before we build anything.
Every Training Call is recorded & the replays are yours. But I'll be honest with you — the people who show up live are the ones who leave with a finished thing. The calls are where the real-time thinking happens.
Six live calls across 14 days, plus the Workbook — which you move through at your own pace. There's no daily assignment and nothing to fall behind on. It's designed to fit around a teaching schedule, because I built it while teaching one.
Your certification date isn't what makes you qualified to guide an experience. Your life is. If you've been telling yourSELF you need one more training before you're allowed to create something — that story is literally one of the five things we go after.
A 2–3hr transformational workshop you can actually facilitate: a clear purpose, the audience it's for, the transformation you're guiding, the structure & arc of the experience, your pricing & what happens next to get it out into the World.
GA gives you the framework & the room. VIP gives you me — staying on after every Training Call to look at what YOU are building and tell you what I actually see. If you want feedback on your specific work instead of applying the teaching alone, take VIP.
I know that because if there weren't, you probably wouldn't still be reading this.
You love Yoga. You love your Students. You care deeply about the impact you're making.
And simultaneously, there is a part of you that KNOWS the current version of your teaching career cannot be the fullest expression of what's possible for you.
You can feel the workshop.
The retreat.
The experience.
The room full of people gathered because they came specifically to learn from YOU.
You can feel the freedom of having more control over your time & energy.
You can feel what it would be like to have space to pour back into yourSELF—to learn, travel, study, receive, create & actually LIVE the Yoga you spend so much of your time teaching.
And you can feel the version of you who stops waiting until you're "ready" to bring all of this forward.
You don't need to know exactly what your THING is yet.
That's what these 14 days are for.
You just need to know that you're no longer willing to keep all of your gifts contained inside the four walls of a studio & a 60-minute class.
Because there are people who will never fit inside your current classroom who are waiting to experience what only YOU can create.
You have more to give.
Your work has more places to go.
& it's time to take it BEYOND THE STUDIO.
